LGBTQIA+ social event

Lee's Café is a monthly LGBTQIA+ social event held at the Glenroy Library, offering a space for adults of all ages to connect and celebrate. Each month, Lee's Café features a diverse array of inclusive, engaging, and free events, workshops, and activities designed to foster a sense of community and fun.

Our two regular contributors to Lee's Café are the amazing Busy Bees and Silent Book Club Melbourne. Busy Bees present creative, and neurodiverse-friendly activities that facilitate natural connections among participants while avoiding the usual awkward icebreakers. Meanwhile, Silent Book Club Melbourne provides a unique opportunity for readers and introverts to enjoy a communal reading experience in a relaxed atmosphere, free from the pressure of small talk.

You're invited to join us for the official launch of Lee's Café. This special evening will immerse you in the spirit of Lee's Cafe, with an introduction to our exciting monthly lineup. Attendees will have the chance to hear from our special guest speaker and meet representatives from Busy Bees and Silent Book Club Melbourne. Enjoy light refreshments as you mingle with like-minded people, celebrate our LGBTQIA+ community, and explore what Lee's Café has to offer. This launch event is a perfect opportunity to see how Lee's Café fosters a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment. Don’t miss out on being part of this new and exciting community space!
