Glamourhead Sharks “Give Swimming a Go” Day

Ever wanted to give swimming a go?

Melbourne’s Glamourhead Sharks is a club for all swimming queers and their allies. This Midsumma, the Glams are putting on a 90 minute swim clinic. You don’t need to be a super fish to enjoy swimming.

We will have a number of lanes for differing levels of experience. For beginners, there will be coaches on hand to give you tips on how to swim easier. Our coaches will take you through some simple swimming drills and introduce you to a few strokes other than freestyle. For those who are a bit more confident in their swimming, some of our squad will be there to join you in some of the typical sets we would do in a regular training session.

Jump in and out at your leisure and start your weekend out the best way we know how - getting in some laps and then soaking up the sun.
