VISUAL ARTS  Exhibition

The Art of Gemma Flack

An exhibition and zine-making workshop by Melbourne illustrator Gemma Flack
Presented by Yarra City Council

14 Dec – 11 Feb
Workshop 1 Feb 6 – 8pm | Exhibition Mon – Tue 10am – 6pm | Wed 10am – 8pm | Thu – Fri 10am – 6pm | Sat 10am – 4pm | Sun 2 – 5pm
Bargoonga Nganjin, 182/186 St Georges Rd, Fitzroy North

Gemma has been making art for as long as she can remember. Her witty illustrations subvert expectations of femininity, as they find and form their own individual identities in the world. She explores themes of identity, vulnerability, feminism, self-discovery, and coming to terms with the whole concept of existing as a human.

Join us on Thursday 1 February, 6 – 8pm at Bargoonga Nganjin, North Fitzroy Library. Meet the artist and create your very own zine at a free zine-making workshop with Gemma Flack.

Free event but booking for zine-making workshop required.
