THE HISTORY SALON

A living encyclopaedia of Blak Arts in Australia
YIRRAMBOI presents The History Salon, in association with Midsumma Festival

Wed 31 Jan 5.30 – 7pm
Arts Centre Melbourne - Bombini Buzz, Southbank Promenade, Melbourne 3004

Join Uncle Jack Charles and radio personality Blak Betty in a dynamic yarn as they travel the history pages of Blak Arts in Australia. Listen, learn, and acknowledge as we hear from a different Indigenous Arts Elder each month talking about their life's work, highlighting seminal works that defined, inspired or transformed a generation of Indigenous arts practice.

The History Salon is a monthly public lecture from an Indigenous Elder in the arts.

Free event but booking required.
