Some Administrative Matters

Food and Beverage Permit
I acknowledge that I am required to submit a Food Traders permit via the City of Melbourne in order to conduct business on the day of the event. Failure to do so will result in my registration being cancelled. *

To complete your submission, please click the 'SUBMIT' button below. You will be sent an email immediately to confirm our receipt of your submission. Applications are open for Food Vendors until 29 September and all applications will be assessed together after this date. If successful, Midsumma will send you an invoice and contract to read over, sign and return. Once that invoice has been paid, the contract has been signed and returned, and any food permits have been applied for, you can simply sit back and count down the days to the next Midsumma Festival!

If accepted, a Food Vendor Information Kit will be emailed to you in November, which will include a map showing your designated location, instructions for arriving at the site and the times at which you will be able to bring your vehicle onsite.
