Acknowledgement of Country
Midsumma Festival was founded on the lands and waters of the Bunurong, Taungurung, Dja Dja Wurrung, Wadawurrung and Wurundjeri (Woiwurrung) peoples of the Kulin Nation. Midsumma acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are the First Peoples of these lands, and pays respect to First Nation Elders, past and present.
Midsumma Presents
Midsumma Presents is our curated program, where Midsumma collaborates with outstanding artists and cultural institutions from Victoria and around the world. Experience fresh collaborations between Midsumma Festival and some of Victoria’s outstanding cultural institutions. It's intersectional, it's vibrant and it brings people together.

All our Major Events are free and all are held on Sundays: 19 Jan: Midsumma CARNIVAL at Alexandra Gardens, 2 Feb: Midsumma PRIDE MARCH in St Kilda and 9 Feb: VICTORIA'S PRIDE Street Party in Fitzroy
