5 June, 7pm	Midsumma AGM and Annual Report distributed

1 Jul - 31 Aug	Carnival Stallholder early-bird registration (10% discounted pricing)
1 Jul - 31 Aug	Premier Event Submissions * Please Note: closing date for Premier Event submissions is strictly 31 August
1 Jul - 30 Sep	Expressions of interest for Carnival Food Vendors
26 Aug - 16 Sep	Event Registrations
29 Nov	Carnival Stallholder Registration final deadline (if not sold out prior)!

The Midsumma Progam Launch will be held at the end of November, after which the Midsumma 2014 Program will be available via the website and smartphone apps, and the printed Midsumma Guide will "hit the streets".

Melbourne's annual festival celebrating queer culture will again bring queer life to the city in 2014, opening with the Midsumma Carnival on the banks of the Yarra at Birrarung Marr on 12 January 2014.
- 12 January 2014: Midsumma Festival opens
- 2 February 2014: Midsumma Festival closes
Midsumma Festival attracts an array of queer arts and cultural participation through community produced events such as arts exhibitions, cabaret and musical performances, theatre performances, live bands, dance parties, picnics, discussion forums and sporting events to cater for queer and mainstream participants.
